I was taking some pictures of a Great Egret and a much larger Great Blue Heron wading towards each other. I was hoping to capture some interaction between them. Then a Tree Swallow photobombed this shot and it made for a nice group photo. The waders are looking for small fish, amphibians, invertebrates and anything else they can catch. The Swallow is grabbing some of the annoying flies that come after us on these hot summer days.
